Preparation of a composite complex having controlled stability, comprising a fibrous inorganic matrix having tunnels and one or more organic compounds incorporated in the tunnels, comprises: supplying the fibrous inorganic matrix and/or the organic compounds; mixing the fibrous inorganic matrix and the organic compounds so that the organic compounds are incorporated in the tunnels of the fibrous inorganic matrix; and controlling the retention of the organic compounds in the tunnels and their release by heating the mixture obtained at any temperature chosen for a determined time. An independent claim is included for the composite complex having controlled stability comprising a fibrous inorganic matrix and organic compounds incorporated in the tunnels, where the composite is prepared by the process.
