The barrier has lateral posts (6, 7), where each post forms a deformable regular parallelogram permitting passage of the barrier between blocking and unblocking positions, with coupling units e.g. metallic lugs, and a lateral end of a central panel (1). The coupling units has parts that are received in housings i.e. slots, placed in the posts (6, 7) and upper and lower crosspieces or horizontal bars (3, 4), respectively, where the parts are rotatably moved in the housings. One of the housings is partially emerged from an inner edge of the post (7).
