The probe has an articulated tip reflection device housed in a distal end (10) of an inspection tube (67). A control handle (4) is integrated with a proximal end of the tube. The device includes a deformable distal bidirectional tip reflection (72) and a deformable proximal bidirectional tip reflection (70) in a deformation plane to orient the distal end of the tube in the respective planes, where the planes are independent with respect to each other. A connecting tube (71) is arranged between the tip reflections, and the handle houses a control lever (69) for controlling the tip reflections.
