The column (1) has elastic bands with ends traversing a peripheral wall (2) at a level of longitudinal lateral edges (5, 6), where the column is made of flat and thin paperboard flong. A rigid plastic tube is piled on each elastic band, and is arranged in a hollow interior volume (7) of the column using a spacer between the lateral edges in a transversal deployed conformation i.e. bending conformation when other ends of the tube are placed against an interior surface of the peripheral wall. Transversal folding lines (12) i.e. double folding line, are regularly splitted on height of the column.
