The support for baguette dough pieces and other bread for loading bakery furnace and storing in cold chamber and/or fermentation chamber, comprises a rectangular frame (2) comprising a series of compartments (6) for receiving dough pieces and separating the dough pieces in a horizontal plane, strands (7) of which each is fixed to a lower part of the frame, a unit for kinematically actuating the strands to synchronize their movements between closed and opened positions, and a return unit moving between the actuating unit and frame so that the strands are in the closed position by default. The support for baguette dough pieces and other bread for loading bakery furnace and storing in cold chamber and/or fermentation chamber, comprises a rectangular frame (2) comprising a series of compartments (6) for receiving dough pieces and separating the dough pieces in a horizontal plane, strands (7) of which each is fixed to a lower part of the frame, a unit for kinematically actuating the strands to synchronize their movements between closed and opened positions, a return unit moving between the actuating unit and frame so that the strands are in the closed position by default, an operating device (14) kinematically connected with the actuating unit, and a locking unit linearly extended along a direction perpendicular to the axis of the stands. The strands rotate around an axis or a horizontal hinge so that the strands move between the closed position where the strand is horizontal and the opened position where the strand is vertical. The frame comprises a first (3) and a second (4) frame rail extending horizontally parallel to each other, and separators with horizontal extension perpendicular to the frame rails and connecting the first and second frame rails to form the compartments. An action on the operating device is transmitted to the actuating unit to change the position of the strands. The operating device comprises actuators provided with locking unit, a support on the actuators, an opening, and a cable of which one end is connected with the actuator and the other end is connected to the actuating unit, and is placed on top or bottom of the frame. The cable wraps around a pulley to transform the vertical movement of the actuator into a horizontal movement. The actuators are symmetrically arranged on top or bottom of the periphery of the frame. The locking unit is movable between a locked position where the locking unit supports the strands in the closed position and a retracted position where the locking unit retracts the strands in the opened position. The locking unit is movable relative to the frame rotating around an axis parallel to the extended direction of the locking unit. Each strand has a surface substantially equal to a surface of the compartments and a surface area substantially equal to the half of the compartment surface, and completely closes the compartments.
