The tank has an enclosure provided with double base and composite materials with high thermal and chemical resistance. The enclosure has double walls on the base and a vertical wall reinforced of glass fiber. The enclosure is constituted of high resistance polyester resin, reinforced by layers of glass fibers, by filamentary rolling. The base is conformed in a manner to concentrate oil towards centre of the tank, and is conformed along a spherical, conical or elliptical cap.
