The vehicle has a floor pan (4) with an access zone permitting a wheel chair to access to a stowing zone, where the access zone includes a stowing device having a roller (15) to roll a strap (12) that includes a storage cavity (13) receiving the strap. The cavity opens towards the access zone by an opening (16) adapted to let a passage to a stowing unit (11) in a manner that the stowing unit enter into the cavity when the strap is rolled on the roller.
