A sealing ball (32) closes the outlet, where the ball is placed in the reservoir. A flushing device displaces the ball away from the outlet for releasing water from the reservoir. A supplying pipe (14) is connected to an inlet (13) of the reservoir, and the ball is made of material whose density is lower than density of the water. The outlet is provided with a sealing ring (34) to ensure a tight connection with the ball.
