The method involves initially and horizontally rolling a display (5). The display is horizontally unrolled in an exterior box (2) by fixing a horizontal upper edge of the display placed at fixation devices i.e. carriages (7), which are horizontally and movably mounted in the box, where the box is provided with a transparent front face (4) permitting viewing of the display. The display is horizontally driven by using one of the fixation devices during placement of the display. A horizontal lower edge of the display is ballasted after placing the display. An independent claim is also included for a display device comprising a box.
