The device has a support structure (1) carried by a movable towing vehicle and comprising vertical elements (2) placed oppositely and positioned on both sides of a plant (5). The elements has nozzles (4) for spraying treatment product and associated to fans (3) pointed horizontally in a direction of one of the elements. Nozzle and ventilator assembly is associated to deflector units formed of parallel lateral cheeks (20) and transverse walls (21) arranged at the level of vertical element (2). The units present an orientation to guide flow of air produced by the fans.
