The method involves coinciding an opening of a bag (10) that contains a pulverulent product (12), with an opening (18) of a deaerating case (16), and assuring a sealing between the bag and the case. Depression is created inside the case by sucking air via a tapping clamp arranged at a height (H) with respect to a lower edge of the case such that the raised pulverulent product does not reach the tapping clamp during sucking the air. An independent claim is also included for a device for deaerating a pulverulent product that is packaged in a bag.
