The female end fitting has a box comprising two shells integrated with respect to each other. The box has a zone dedicated to integration of an elastic or non-elastic strap (2) at one of free ends, and another zone comprising a slit provided with an opening for introducing a male end fitting (30). The latter zone is provided with a reversible holding unit formed of two hooks (8) for reversibly holding the male end fitting. The hooks are located in a slit plan, and are directed towards interior of the slit, where each hook is mounted on a connecting rod (9).
