The device (D) has a slide (T) slid in a plane (XZ) along a horizontal direction with respect to rails (R) that are integrated to a central front (FC) of a fascia (PB) or a central console of a motor vehicle. The slide houses optical disks (DO-1, DO-2, DO-5) one behind the other in a removable manner, where one of the disks partially covers the other disk in a manner to present reduced extension in a direction perpendicular to the sliding plane. The rails comprise receptacles (RC-1, RC-2, RC-5) to receive the disks one behind the other.
