The device has a mouthpiece or rod (4) in which a mouth of bait fish is inserted. A hook (2) maintains the bait fish in a vertically or horizontally direction along type of practiced fishery (5) on the mouthpiece. A buckshot (3) or counterweight is vertically placed under the mouthpiece, and maintains the device towards bottom in water. The mouthpiece presents dimension adapted to dimension of a body of the bait fish for maintaining the bait fish correctly. A buckle (1) is provided to fix the device with a swivel or a thread of the fishery.
