The liner (1) has an upper part (2) with a paltung (23) whose internal inner volume receives a front part of a foot of the user. An internal volume of a posterior part (3) receives a posterior part of the foot and a lower part of a leg of the user. The parts form a single piece assembly, where the part (3) forms two sheets (30, 31) for mutually covering on front of the lower part of the user. A circular upper front opening (5) is closed by the sheets and a flexible tongue (6) extending from the paltung, where the tongue covers a lower part of the sheet in a kick zone. The tongue is provided with a connecting unit e.g. VELCRO(RTM: hook-and-loop fastener).
