The device (1) has a gel dispensing device (2) connected or integrated to a signal transmitter/receiver probe (3). The dispensing device has a gel tank (4) with a hermetic and sterile flexible pad, to allow transmission of ultrasonic waves (S1) for purpose of medical, paramedical and/or veterinary procedures, where gel provoking from the tank emerges through a conveying unit e.g. gel conveying tube (9), via a terminal orifice (5). The orifice is centered on an exterior of a wall of the probe at right of center of a signal transmission and/or reception window (6) of the probe.
