The device i.e. utensil (B), has an opening of a sealed container (A) made of progressive detachment of a membrane seal (1) i.e. aluminum paper, where the progressive detachment of the seal is generated by a tractive force (T) to a precise place of the seal. The tractive force is directly applied on a tab (4) of the seal in a direction opposite to an initial direction of the tab, after folding up around a folding zone (8). The folding zone around the tab is folded before subjecting the tractive force, where the zone comprises a circular section bar.
