The device has a single-stranded power supply conductor directly supplying power to supply pins of a light receiver to be stimulated, to cause the emission of light by any type of lighting tubes e.g. neon lamps, containing ionizable gas i.e. neon, producing the light under electrical stimulation. A mass is connected to a non-supplied pin of the light receiver and serves as an antenna, and high voltage and very high voltage generators are supplied with power by a transformer e.g. 220 volt transformer, or by a battery cell or battery.
