The case has a wind turbine e.g. passenger side wind turbine (E1) comprising vanes integrated with an inner toothed ring (6) for driving gear trains (24, 25) connected to axes of rotors of alternators (21, 22). The toothed ring is mounted on a needle bearing and a needle thrust bearing. The gear trains are mounted between two fixed central plates i.e. fixed upper and lower central plates. Bodies of the alternators are fixed on the fixed upper central plate. A central electric motor (26) is situated at the center of the fixed upper central plate. An independent claim is also included for an electric motor vehicle, comprising two wind turbine cases fixed to a chassis of a vehicle.
