The obturator (2) has large and small elastically deformable tabs (21-24) whose positions correspond to edges of openings to be covered e.g. circular openings, where the obturator is obtained by molding of polymer material. The tabs have respective bases (212-242) connected to a circular plate (20). Each tab is mutually distinct from one another. The tabs have respective shoulders (213-243) that are arranged with respect to the plate at different distances (H211, H231, H241) along a central axis (Z-Z') of the obturator, where each distance ranges from 3 millimeters to 7 millimeters.
