The method involves washing, drying and treating a copper metallic plate by a solution containing a mixture of barium carbonate dissolved at 10 percent concentration in distilled water, and yttrium oxide. The plate is constituted by a core connecting induction sources generating the induction current, where the plate has edges that are present in form of elements that are embedded.
