The device (1) has an assembling unit comprising two distinct sub-assemblies, where the sub-assembly (6) is integrated to an equipment (2). The sub-assemblies co-operate with a fixation unit to constitute a single and unique technical fixation element i.e. attachment bracket (8). The bracket has two flanges that are respectively applied on an edge (11) and a wall (12) of a panel (3). The sub-assembly (6) comprises mechanical fixation units (15, 16) that are spaced from one another and arranged on an outer face of a base (18) of the equipment.
