The device has a handle (1) holding a compressed air supply channel (5) connected to an air valve (6a). The handle holds an auxiliary air distribution valve with a rotary sliding gate (13), in its upper part, where the valve adjusts an auxiliary air flow by a needle screw that closes or directs the air under the form of spray jet towards horizontal or vertical air vents of an air nozzle (3) by auxiliary air channels. The channels operate in baffles of a nose of the handle according to the position of an operating lever integrated with the gate and arranged at the rear of the handle.
