The pedal (100) has a hollow axle (200) receiving two crankarms (300a, 300b) on its respective ends, and a sleeve (400) i.e. hollow rotating part, provided with a rolling unit i.e. ball bearing (422). A cylindrical portion of the axle is turned inside the rolling unit of the sleeve. The sleeve is screwed in an end of a tubular portion (T) of a frame (C) of a cycle i.e. bicycle. The cylindrical portion has a thread for cooperating with a threaded ring (700) that stops the rolling unit against the crankarm (300a) or an intermediate set ring (720).
