The system has a radome and a base (3) cooperating with each other to form a case. A support plate (9) is rotatably mounted on the base, and a motorization unit rotatively drives the plate relative to the base. A set of horn type antennas (7) is fixed on the plate, where a specific frequency band is allocated to each antenna. A switch, hybrid coupler and a signal preamplifier are provided for each antenna. Magnetic bottom plates (6) are positioned on a lower surface of the base for fixing the system on a roof of a vehicle. Foldable handles are placed on a lower surface of the base.
