The wall (40) has a resonator stage (42) with a honeycomb type alveolar structure (48) placed between an inner perforated sheet (46) and an intermediate porous sheet (50). A resonator stage (44) has a honeycomb type alveolar structure (52) placed between the sheet (50) and an impermeable outer sheet (54). The structure (48) has continuous cylindrical configuration without discontinuity, and is carried by the structure (52), which is formed of juxtaposed angular sectors fixed end to end by polymer foam. The structures are made of metal, carbon or glass fiber composite material, or treated cardboard material such as Nomex(RTM: flame retardant meta-aramid material).
