The device has a template on which silhouettes corresponding to formats of photos, images or documents (20) are designed, and a rigid or semi-rigid sheet (10) made of transparent material e.g. glass, where the sheet is provided with mounting units constituted by slots (14) and thumbtacks (16). The mounting units are mounted on a wall, partition-wall or fixed/mobile panel (12). Fixation units e.g. self-adhesive photo corner units (22), fix the photos, images or documents on a rear face of the sheet that is provided with a decoration (18) on a frame or frame part on part of the sheet periphery.
