The device has a tulip (1) constituting a part of a massage head that is to be in contact with a skin, and equipped with internal coils with thickness lesser than that of zones. Dermis is aspired by air along field lines formed by the internal coils forcing the skin to follow an internal shape of the tulip. The internal coils allow acceleration of fluid i.e. air, which generates suction effects. An interface (3) is positioned on the tulip, and realized with an O-ring seal (2) on the tulip. A filter (4) constituting a part of the massage head is placed on the interface.
