Preparing an aggregate from household waste, to substitute gravels in the preparation of concrete, comprises sorting wastes for removing the metal components, drying and grinding non-metallic components to obtain a powder, adding silicates to the powder as protective powder against putrefaction and a binder, mixing the components to obtain a homogenous paste, thickening the obtained paste by adding mineral powder, and producing cylindrical body having a diameter of 0.2-15 mm and length of 0.2-20 mm, from obtained hard paste, by molding under pressure of 10-900 bars.
