The shield has a main part (1) with width of 0.4 m, height of 0.7 m and thickness of 0.2 m, where the part is made of synthetic material. The synthetic material includes a closed cell foam e.g. polyurethane foam, structure provided with streaks on circumference of the shield. Orifices (3) permits placement of independent maintaining rings on an arm of a player. The diameter of the orifices is 2 cm. The rings are formed by two round straps for maintaining the arm of the player.
