The device (1) has an adaptation frame (5) provided with fixation units for fixing the adaptation frame on a motor vehicle (2), and a mobile opening frame i.e. elevating rear hatch, provided on the adaptation frame so to be closed in a sealing manner. The adaptation frame includes struts (8) with sealing units (13) designed to adopt a shape of a body (4) of the motor vehicle at vertical edges of a door receiving opening (3). The sealing units are constituted by a sealing apron extending at the back of the struts.
