The gearbox (1) has an auxiliary transmission input shaft (14) that is parallel to a main transmission input shaft (13), and a main primary shaft (19) connected to a clutch (8). The shaft (19) is provided with a gear ratio pinion (26), and an auxiliary primary shaft (20) is provided with a drive pinion (23) that intermeshes with another drive pinion (33) fixedly mounted on an intermediate shaft (29). The shaft (13) is fixedly mounted on an engine shaft (9) and is directly connected to another clutch (7). An electric machine (10) of vehicle is placed exterior to a hood (4) of the gearbox.
