The device has a carrier structure comprising an envelope (1) inflatable at a pressure required for inflated state, and made of transparent and flexible thermoplastic material with selected thickness and three-dimensional shape of arbitrary size of a revolution axis of circular, spherical, oblong or cylindrical shape. The envelope has a zip fastener (2) sealed to the air and the water, and made of thermoplastic material of dimension for permitting introduction of inflated air and a person (3) to ensure mobility or immobilization of the envelope interiorly comprising communication units.
