The support (1) has a preprinted zone (2) and a free zone that are provided on a flexible material surface, where the free zone inscribes an individualized and unique personal character message. The surface is integrated to elastic and deformable semi-rigid edge containing ferromagnetic elements. A detachable self adhesive label is used to hide a part of the message. The printed zone receives a handwritten or printed individualized message. An independent claim is also included for a device for remotely personalizing an inscribable zone of a flexible surface of a support.
