The device has a ramp on which a punctured wheel of a vehicle i.e. car, is placed by advancing or reversing the car. The ramp has an upper part (1) that receives a lower part (2) of the ramp and guides the lower part. A base (3) slides on ground, during installation and operation of the device. A folded flange (4) retains the lower part on the upper part. A lower axle (5) serves as a guide during locking and unlocking of the lower and upper parts.
