The unit (21) has a rotation axle (38) connected to a closing wall (39) by lateral flanges (40, 41), where the wall is arranged in a cylinder portion coaxial to the rotation axle. The wall is delimited by rectilinear edges (43, 62) and a lip (37). The rectilinear edges are connected by a circular edge (44) and another circular edge. The lip is arranged along a peripheral outline (57) of the unit. The outline has a section (58) formed of a free edge (48) and another free edge of the flange (40). The lip is extended on the section orthogonal to a transversal plane (46) of the flange (40). An independent claim is also included for a heating, ventilation and/or air-conditioning installation comprising a main air mixing unit.
