The device has an inner surface (3) in which blades of a folded reed are introduced. Grooves (1, 1') of the inner surface corresponds to a profile of the reed before being bonded and assembled on a tube, where edges (2, 2') of the device allow the blades of the reed to remain in a narrow position. A space between the edges of the device is sufficient to withdraw the reed after its use, where the device is made of a single piece.
