The arrangement (10) comprises a bathing basin (12) comprising an inlet (13) connected to a first duct (14) for feeding a lagoon basin (18) that allows purification of water through intermediate of plants (20) contained in the lagoon basin. The lagoon basin contacts partially with the bathing basin for returning purified water in the bathing basin. A device for compact aerobic filtration of bathing water by bacteria is interposed in the first duct between the bathing basin and the lagoon basin. The compact aerobic filtration device comprises a casing comprising an inlet and an outlet. The arrangement (10) comprises a bathing basin (12) comprising an inlet (13) connected to a first duct (14) for feeding a lagoon basin (18) that allows purification of water through intermediate of plants (20) contained in the lagoon basin. The lagoon basin contacts partially with the bathing basin for returning purified water in the bathing basin. A device for compact aerobic filtration of bathing water by bacteria is interposed in the first duct between the bathing basin and the lagoon basin. The compact aerobic filtration device comprises a casing comprising an inlet and an outlet, which receives elements colonizable by bacteria, zeolite elements, pozzolan, ceramics, polyvinyl chloride or micro-cages containing synthetic fibers that are gathered into a biosphere medium such as pompon. The casing is fed with oxygen using an oxygenation unit for enhancing the aerobic filtration. The oxygenation unit comprises a pump, and a ventilation shaft for feeding external air. A unit is arranged for cleaning colonizable elements of the compact aerobic filtration device. A pumping device is interposed in the first duct between the bathing basing and the lagoon basin, and comprises a pump and a filtration element such as a mechanical filter or settler in upstream or downstream of the compact aerobic filtration device. A second duct is arranged for connecting the downstream of the aerobic filtration device and the pumping device, through a valve. A third duct is arranged to directly connect the lagoon basin with upstream of the aerobic filtration device and the pumping device, through a valve. An anaerobic filtration device is arranged in parallel or in series with the aerobic filtration device in the first duct. The lagoon basin comprises floating plants rooted in a support that is made particular of pozzolan, pebbles or synthetic material. A device is arranged for circulating water in the bathing basin, and comprises a unit such as skimmer for withdrawing surface water linked to a duct for sending the withdrawn water in lower part of the bathing basin. A unit is arranged for analyzing the condition and oxygenation of the water. A unit is arranged for remotely controlling the automated unit for monitoring and cleaning of the aerobic filter device and valves of second and third ducts in response to information provided by the analysis unit.
