The device has an articulated stop (7) equipped with a telescopic lever (1). The lever facilitates rotation of the articulated stop with respect to a fixation body (8). A return spring (3) exerts permanent force between the articulated stop and the fixation body. The fixation body has bosses (4) with an opened hole (5) for allowing introduction of a shaft (6) of the articulated stop. Rods of the spring are maintained by pins (2) on the articulated stop that is introduced between a post of a door/window and a frame of the door/window.
