The connector (10) has two parallel vertical side wings (28) extended upwardly from a base (16) fixed on a wiper blade (12). A cylindrical housing (26) receives a transversal finger (22) extended from a side edge of an end (14a) of an arm (14) e.g. side lock arm. The housing is delimited by orifices (30) formed in the respective wings and centered on a transversal axis (A). Each orifice is closed by a removable cover (32), which is disintegrated from the associated wing during introduction of the finger in the associated orifice. The cover and the associated wing are made of plastic material.
