The tool (1) has two branches (2, 3) articulated around a rotation axis (O), where branches include blades formed from the rotation axis. Each blade has corresponding notches (8, 9) and corresponding straight cutting parts (10, 11) located on a same side opposite to the rotation axis. Each notch is located near the rotation axis and between the rotation axis and the corresponding cutting parts. The branch (2) has a cutting edge (7) located between the rotation axis and one of the notches for cutting a fish belly skin. The blades have a length slightly higher than width of a fish.
