The device has a boring drill (1) provided with a coaxial tubular protection sheath (2), where the drill and the sheath are mounted with respect to each other by an assembling unit. The assembly unit is constituted by clipping and encasing type connection units (6, 7), a cooperation zone (10) and a receiving zone (11). The sheath has a canal (13) equipped with a sealed connection unit (14) connecting its distal end with a proximal end of a conduit (12). The canal opens at its proximal end near a proximal outlet of the sheath. A rotary driving tool has the canal at its proximal end.
