The element has lower and upper walls (2, 3), where the upper wall is formed of concrete, and supports a recycling unit i.e. metallic reinforcement (7), for recycling structural loads of masonry (4). The recycling unit extends partly beyond the upper wall. The lower wall supports a metal profile holding a lower plate (11) for closing an internal volume (V) of a housing of an obturation unit. The upper wall forms a lintel for a window of the masonry. An independent claim is also included for a method for construction of masonry.
