The device (D) has an applicator roller (200) associated to an adhesive mortar tank (300) such that the application of the roller on a surface to be glued provokes the deposition of mortar on periphery of the roller and the surface. The roller has circular plates (210), whose diameter is greater than that of the roller. External annular surfaces (211) of the plates are placed in contact with the surface to be glued. An axis of the plates is angularly shifted with respect to a rotation axis of the roller, such that a plane defined by the surfaces (211) is not perpendicular to the rotation axis.
