The apparatus has channels for supplying hot water and cold water, respectively. Channels discharge the hot water and the cold water, respectively. Hot water and cold water pressure limiters (7, 14) are respectively controlled by pressures in other channels. A slide pusher assembly (12) closes and opens hot water and cold water circuits. The outlet pressure of the cold water from the cold water discharge pipe exists in the channel controlling the limiter (7). The inlet pressure (P3) of the hot water from a hot water supply volume exists in the channel controlling the limiter (14).
