A two level three dimensional model is used to identify how behaviour from a neurology perspective, in particular behavioural traits associated with brain regions, affects strategy development and implementation. The strategy model has six key forces influencing strategy using a three dimension model. The six forces influencing are Enterprise (customers), Stewardship (Shareholder), Administration and finance, Engagement (employees), Habituation (culture) and Operations. They are divided into meta strategies and broken into 27 cells. Each cell is influenced by a mix of all these forces. Inside the strategy model is the value model which is based on how the human brain works. The values model is based on Pursuance (Front brain), Avoidance (Back brain), Rational (Top brain), Emotional (Bottom brain), Logic (Left brain) and Creativity (Right brain). The three forms of value are individual, social and societal. They are divided into 9 meta values and broken into 27 cells. Each cell in value is mapped on the corresponding cell in Strategy.
