PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use gripper for stretch exercises while seating as well as to prevent an overstuffing material or the like from staining.;SOLUTION: A stretch aid 1 for a chair includes a part to mount to the chair and a gripper 1b projecting from the chair for a seater to hold when exercising stretching. In addition, a point-pushing implement 3 for the chair includes a part to mount to the chair and a protrusion 17 for stimulating the pushing point of the seater. The chair includes the stretch aid 1 for the chair, the first mounted part where the stretch aid 1 for the chair is mounted, the point-pushing implement 3 for the chair, and the second mounted part where the point-pushing implement 3 for the chair is mounted. The first and second mounted parts are commonly used.
