PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organism ingredient analyzer where a high measurement precision can be maintained by the prevention of extraction media from evaporation or leakage from a liquid storing part. PSOLUTION: The organism ingredient analyzer includes: an extraction medium holder 53 to hold an extraction medium that holds an extract from the skin of a subject; a reactor 54 to produce certain reactions from the extract, a detector 40 to detect the extract from the certain reactions produced by the reactor 54; an extraction medium storing part 52 to store the extract medium; an extraction medium transferrer to transfer the extraction medium stored in the extraction medium storing part 52 to the extraction medium holder 53, and to transfer at least part of the extraction media, which have been transferred to the extraction medium holder 53 and holding extracts from subjects, to the reactor 54 from the extraction medium holder 53, and an analyzer 17 to analyze the results of detection by the detector 40.
