PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically and precisely specify the entrance of a parking lot of facilities in navigation information used in a navigation system.;SOLUTION: A travel history from a guidance end point corresponding to a destination to a parking lot position is stored. When the travel history satisfies a prescribed condition and the parking lot position is outside a link, a deviation point deviating from the final travel link is specified, a polygon on a map belonging to the parking position of a probe car is specified, and the specified polygon is compared with the destination. When the specified polygon is a site related to the destination, the deviation point is registered.
