PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method performing adhesion/fixing with sufficient adhesion strength while sufficiently ensuring a visual recognition area of a window glass, when the window glass for a vehicle with a window frame made of thermoplastic elastomer is adhered/fixed to a vehicle body, and to provide an adhesion/fixing structure of a window glass for a vehicle with a window frame made of thermoplastic elastomer with a vehicle body, capable of sufficiently ensuring a visual recognition area of the window glass and having a sufficient adhesion strength.;SOLUTION: In the method, the window glass for the vehicle is adhered/fixed to the vehicle body by adhering the window frame of the window glass for the vehicle with the window frame made of thermoplastic elastomer to a vehicle opening flange by a urethane adhesive. The method includes a step for performing coating of the adhesive containing a modified polyolefin; a primer coating step; a heating step; and an urethane adhesion step.
